To unlock the full potential of the Cyprus barber chain, we executed a combined operational and digital strategy. We first implemented the Fresha booking system, giving customers the ability to conveniently book appointments online while still supporting walk-ins.
In parallel, we launched location-specific Google Ads campaigns, designed to capture demand from high-intent searches such as “barber near me” and drive traffic directly to each shop’s booking page. This ensured every location had the visibility and infrastructure needed to attract and convert new customers efficiently.
The Results
The results were almost immediate and highly impactful. Within the first 30 days, the campaign generated over 200 new appointments and customers—not including the notable increase in walk-ins and inbound calls that followed.
Through our Google Ads strategy and the introduction of Fresha, we significantly improved their online visibility, customer flow, booking efficiency and revenue consistency across all three locations.
This initiative not only resolved the performance gap between shops but also strengthened the business with a sustainable digital system for continued growth.
